Samsung or iPhone?

I'm using an iPhone unit too, the only issue that I have using it is the storage I do pay for every extra space since the unit doesn't come with a memory card slot unlike smartphone like Samsung. But other than that iPhone is a very good phone for me.

My height is 5'7" now I weight 73kilos which is not yet my weight goal. Before 73kilos one month ago I weight 75kilos, so I already decrease 2kilos. My weight goal is 63kilos I know there’s more to go but I believe I can achieve it. This will be my gift for myself to my birthday. A healthier me!

•    1⁄2 cup butter
•    1⁄2 cup sugar, plus
•    2 tablespoons sugar
•    1 egg white
•    1 egg, whole
•    1 cup all-purpose flour
•    1⁄4 teaspoon salt
•    1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla

•    Cream butter sugar.
•    Add egg whites then whole eggs gradually, vanilla.
•    Add combined dry ingr (flour, salt). Beat
•    until smooth.
•    Place mixture into a piping bag with plain tip. Pipe unto greased then floured baking sheet about 2" long. Leave around 1 1/2" spaces in between for they will flatten when baked.
•    325ºF 20-25min until edges are brown. Remove immediately from the baking sheet after baking (because they will stick real bad on the sheet if you left the cookies on the sheet to cool).
•    Cool at room temp and store in airtight container.

Honey-Vanilla Sablé Cookie Dough
This dough recipe produces a finely textured, surprisingly flavorful cookie that holds its shape well. 

•    2¼ cups all-purpose flour
•    ¾ teaspoon ground cardamom
•    ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
•    ½ cup granulated sugar
•    2 vanilla beans, split lengthwise
•    1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces, room temperature
•    1 large egg yolk
•    ¼ cup honey

•    Whisk flour, cardamom, and salt in a medium bowl to combine.
•    Place sugar in a large bowl and scrape in vanilla seeds; save pods for another use.
•    Massage mixture with your fingers until sugar looks like wet sand. 
•    Add butter and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until mixture is smooth.
•    Add egg yolk and honey; beat to combine.
•    Reduce speed to low; add dry ingredients in 2 additions, mixing well after each addition.
•    Knead dough a couple of times to incorporate any dry bits in the bottom of the bowl.
•    Divide dough in half and pat into two 9"-long logs. Wrap each log in parchment paper, then wrap tightly in plastic. Roll each log across work surface to make as round and regular as possible, then chill until firm, about 2 hours.
•    Preheat oven to 350°. Gently scatter half of sanding sugar over a small portion of work surface. Unwrap 1 log of dough and roll log in sugar, applying a bit of pressure to help it stick, until evenly coated. Slice dough into ¼"–½"-thick rounds, rolling log every few slices to avoid creating a flat surface. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing about 2" apart, and chill. Scatter remaining sanding sugar on surface and repeat with remaining log of dough.
•    Bake cookies, rotating baking sheets top to bottom and back to front halfway through, until cookies are golden around the edges but still pale in the center, 13–18 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes on baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks and let cool completely.

Brown Butter and Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
Using chocolate wafers instead of chips is a cookie game-changer. They spread as they melt, creating thin pockets of chocolate in each layer, and stay much softer at room temperature.

•    1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
•    2 cups all-purpose flour
•    1 teaspoon baking soda
•    ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
•    1 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
•    ⅓ cup granulated sugar
•    2 large eggs, room temperature
•    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•    2 1.4-oz. chocolate toffee bars (preferably Skor), chopped into ¼-inch pieces
•    1½ cups chocolate wafers (disks, pistoles, fèves; preferably 72% cacao)
•    Flaky sea salt

•    Cook butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, until it foams, then browns, 5–8 minutes. Scrape into a large bowl and let cool slightly.
•    Whisk flour, baking soda, and kosher salt in a medium bowl.
•    Add brown sugar and granulated sugar to browned butter. Use an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until incorporated, about 1 minute. Add eggs and vanilla, increase mixer speed to medium-high, and beat until mixture lightens and begins to thicken, about 1 minute. 
•    Reduce mixer speed to low; add dry ingredients and beat just to combine. Mix in toffee pieces and chocolate wafers with a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula. 
•    Let dough sit at room temperature at least 30 minutes to allow the flour to hydrate. Dough will look very loose at first, but will thicken as it sits.
•    Place a rack in middle of oven; preheat to 375°. Using a 1½-oz. ice cream scoop, portion out 10 balls of dough and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing about 3" apart (you can also form dough into ping pong–sized balls with your hands). Do not flatten; cookies will spread as they bake. Sprinkle with sea salt.
•    Bake cookies until edges are golden brown and firm but centers are still soft, 9–11 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough and a fresh parchment-lined baking sheet to make 10 more cookies.

Anyway for any kind of air conditioner it is better to regularly clean the filter of the units to avoid expensive repairs and increase the efficiency and reliability of your unit.

This is my concern as well since I am a coffee lover I can’t avoid of having a yellowish teeth color. Foods and drinks are one of the main reasons why we are having this problem. Unlike dentin that becomes discolored from age and trauma, enamel is often stained from the foods and drinks we consume. Naturally highly pigmented substances like wine, tea, coffee, and tobacco, causing the most damage.

I regularly go to my dentist to have a teeth cleaning whenever I feel that I need to. But it came to a point that my teeth feel sensitivity (pangingilo) maybe because of the procedure. I can’t give up on my coffee so I find an alternative way to whiten or just lessen the yellowish color.
